Same craft.
Fourteen years in.
Proven method, new leverage. Agents just gave me more to work with.

The axiom
The hard part was never the building. It's seeing the real problem behind the asked-for one — and stating it precisely enough that execution becomes routing, to a team or to an agent.
The arc
Fourteen years orchestrating distributed human teams — product, architecture, security, 0→1. Now agent fleets. The discipline didn't change; the material did.
Proof over claim
20+ open-source repositories running 24/7 on my own hardware. Local-first, no lock-in, AGPL-3.0. The repos are the argument — verified, not believed.
How I operate
No workarounds dressed as fixes. Smallest real value first; generalise only once it's proven necessary. Separate concerns ruthlessly, name things exactly.
What I build toward
Open by architecture, local by default, compounding. The first practitioner of my own stack: it runs my daily work.
